Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the product delivered is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Expired upon delivery

  • Incorrect product received

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used nutraceutical products (including gummies) cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@heyzizz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and a clear photo of the product.

  2. Once approved, you will receive the return address details.

  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or wrong product.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed online to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
